Hello everyone!
Kangkong is one of my favorite vegetables, most especially ginisang kangkong.
When I am checking my pictures on the phone, I saw this picture of sizzling kangkong. If I am not mistaken, I ordered the sizzling kangkong when I had dinner with my cousin at Jonie's in SM. I think that was during Sinulog this year before pandemic.

I love the taste of kangkong. We had kangkong plants before. I love cooking ginisang kangkong.
Here's some facts about Kangkong,
- Also known as water spinach.
- Scientific name: Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.
- It is a green leafy vegetables.
- It has a very mild and subtle sweet taste and slightly mucilaginous texture.
- It is very low in fats and calories.
- It is rich in anti-oxidants, minerals, nutrients and vitamins.
