I don't usually go out for a morning walk. I prefer to sleep more, and my husband knows that. I can go for a morning walk but quite late.
This time I got out for a walk but it's mid-morning. Lol! I had this walk to buy something. No worries, it's not very hot nowadays because of cold season. I realized it's nice to walk more often. We need exercise for cardio. We need more movements to stretch out our nerves.
