I can't do without a cup of tea in the morning.
Because a cup of tea keeps me awake for the whole day's work.So every day I wake up and have a cup of tea first.Although milk tea is everyone's favorite, coloured tea is chosen for health reasons.So I also started the day with coloured tea.So today I had lemon flavored tea.
Now I will highlight some of the beneficial aspects of Rang Chai.This is truly a beneficial drink.Rang tea increases immunity, controls weight, reduces stress. It is an aid in controlling diabetes and is beneficial for the skin.Tea contains antioxidants that boost the body's immune system.There is no substitute for a cup of tea to relieve fatigue.A cup of tea is needed to keep both body and mind healthy.So drink a cup of tea and enjoy your day in a refreshing way.
.However, everything has both good and bad sides. So drinking too much tea can be harmful to your health.Drinking too much tea can reduce our appetite and cause digestive problems. Tea contains lactic acid. So drinking it on an empty stomach can cause acidity.So drink tea regularly and stay healthy.So have a nice day all.Thank you
