New York itself becomes a character here and they really leaned into the grimy side of it, sticky floors, dim lighting, you can practically smell the old beer through the screen 🍺 the Black Rabbit restaurant looks cool but it is basically a trouble magnet disguised as a hot spot, what started as a dream for these brothers becomes this twisted symbol of how far they have fallen, each episode piles on more mistakes, more people getting hurt, more chances for everything to explode, I had to pause a few times because the tension got that thick, show does not waste time on pointless side stories either, everyone around them just adds more problems and honestly that works 😬
