I've been shipping some ships. Well, some code actually, but ships sounds better. In preparation to be prepared for preparing to revamp Snapie Mobile, because that's the sort of thing one does. I've been shipping code for several solid weeks now.
You could even say I've become acquainted with the YOLO ideology as of late, and @tibfox is largely to blame for this. Who can keep up with his output? Humans? I think not. Wait a minute... but I'm...
At any rate, there are already tons of cool things for people to check out.
If you haven't visited snapie.io in a while, you're missing out. Missing out, I tell you. Soon the hypno-toad will be added there as well, and everyone will have a blast, whether they like it or not.
On a serious note, here's a list of everything I've shipped. A list of the ships and their shippings. Or should I say cargo?

Snapie.io — Progress Report (Jun 6–13)
Wallet
- Added transaction filters — claimable ops, dust hiding, mobile drawer UI
- Added claim rewards functionality with automatic feed refresh
- QR code pay & request — scan to pay or generate a QR for incoming payments
- Shareable payment links with auto-fill and login-then-pay flow for non-logged-in users
- Edit profile now accessible directly from the wallet page
Shorts (Video Feed)
- Rebuilt Shorts actions in YouTube style — polished UI, real vote detection, follow/mute menu, avatar navigation
- Fixed comments end-to-end: top-level reply composer, nested replies, vote weight display, mobile CSS, timestamp formatting
- Fixed desktop side panel layout for comments
- Shorts feed now randomized client-side so the order is fresh each load
Mobile
- Full mobile navigation redesign — new header, 5-tab bottom bar, Me sheet drawer, desktop user card
- Wallet: responsive profile header and hero value card
- Polish pass: wordmark, compose button focus, sidebar scroll, wallet overflow fixes
- Profile page horizontal overflow fixed
- Ctrl+V image paste now works in both the compose editor and snap composer
Content & Discovery
- Added Curation Quality Score card to profiles and article pages
- Hive network activity widget — live green LED + online user count
- Improved Blog write button discoverability on desktop and mobile
- Fixed duplicate video uploads caused by parallel upload token conflicts
Desktop Redesign (today)
- New Explore page (/explore) — trending Hive communities with avatars/stats and hashtag pills, all powered by the resilient RPC node layer
- Snap cards redesigned to Twitter-style: avatar left column, content right, more breathing room
- Sidebar rebuilt as full-height flush strip with user card at bottom
- Right sidebar flush full-height with live community stats (post count + pending HBD) and Long Reads label
- Feed tab bar floating style (no background box), underline active indicator with pill hover effect, live activity count inline
- Unified color palette — single brand blue (#1ca1f1) used at varying opacities everywhere, replacing the old split cyan/electric-blue discord
- Re-Snap now pre-fills the composer and scrolls to it automatically
And that should be about it for now.
As always, if something breaks, it was probably an experiment. If it doesn't break, then it was definitely intentional and the result of careful planning, rigorous testing, and at least three cups of coffee.
Also, I'd like to mention @mengao for reaching out to me and not only inspiring the revamp, but also contributing with some code too. A full circle type situation, situating itself. Did you guys know snapie.io was originally all his code? Well, now you know.

And of course we all should prey to the Hypnotoad!
Excellent work! I hope they make further progress with the new Open Pods (Hangouts) I would love to be able to have meetings with Hive colleagues as if I were on Discord, but in the Snapie app. But I know that if they keep going like this, they'll achieve it soon.
There's also the other suggestion I mentioned to Meno in a Snap: to add an option to change the rewards for Snaps and comments made through the Snapie app and website.

It's not bugs, it's features in disguise that completely cracked me up 😂 Honestly love the energy of this post. Shipping code consistently is a massive grind but seeing the Snapie team pushing out updates with so much passion and humor is amazing. The "Blame Tibfox" part on the plan board is a hilarious touch.
