By now you would have heard about crypto currencies, especially Bitcoin. It's all over the news. Now almost daily. With every meteoric rise Bitcoin makes the media frenzy increases. Coinbase gets 100000new customers in 1 day!
Crypto exchanges have been hacked in cyber bank robbery style heists. A man in Australia or Britain can't remeber which one right now, is searching a garbage dump since years to get back his laptop that he carelessly threw away with his Bitcoins on it. Bitcoin gets hard fork after hard fork.
Cryptos are a opportunity to invest in new technology and to be part of something new. Ofcourse you must always inform yourself first before you invest your money/crypto. Don't let your fear of the unknown stop you to your own regret. Bitcoin was in the news in 2010/2011, imagine if you had dived in head first back then. But let's not play the would have should have could have. Those who did good for them. Those who didn't.
Steemit is probably the best cryptocurrency, not only is it a cryptocurrency with a blockchain but it also has it's own social media. And we will probably see other types of websites using the steemit blockchain to offer users a new experience.
