Alternative for plastic?Alu hat auch Nachteile, da hier Al-Ionen in die Nahrung übergehen können (besonderns beim Erhitzen), die öfter mit Alzheimer in Verbindung gebracht wurden (daher besser kein Alu-Geschirr verwenden).
