- Each dpoll has a lotto once ended and a winner is earns the pot.
- A user earns "x amount" every time they make "x amount" of votes.

Use an algorithm based on the activity and impact of the user including things like polls created and the responses they got.

You should distribute this token to the dpollians. I mean who votes and who creat polls.
At this time we are designing the token around users who vote for our polls in particular, but we are thinking about (and probably will) be distributing them to other dpoll creators.
