I just finished a 7.036km running that lasted about 0hh:41mm:17.0ss !

It has been quite a good running year for me. I ran over 1000km, did my fourth Standalone 10k with a new PB, did my second half marathon that also beat my previous time, and did a few parkruns. I have run at least twice on most weeks apart from when I had injuries. That included some runs in Scotland and Wales plus a parkrun in Berlin in the snow!
I am expecting that I will do a lot of the same in 2020, but I am thinking I should try to do some more events. That should include more parkruns. I am just over half way to getting a 50 shirt, but it is quite likely I will not get there next year.
Today's run was my 30-20-10 intervals. I usually do this near work, but the cycle track from Arlesey to Stotfold is a good place for it as it is flat and does not involve crossing any roads. I intend to keep doing these sessions to try and improve my general speed. I still need to crack that 25 minute parkrun barrier.
There were a few runners out today and I saw some more than once. There are some efforts to build more of a local running community on Facebook. This may provide some opportunities to run with others.
My podcast listening today was very appropriate. Radiolab was discussing the evolution of human running and how our butts play a part. They also talked about the Man Against Horse race is Arizona where runners and riders compete on a 50 mile course. Amazingly one man has actually beaten all the horses on that. I do not expect to be entering that race any time soon.
Run free and have an amazing 2020!

Sounds like it was a very productive and exciting year for you! Congrats on the personal bests and the other achievements. Now that I have started exercising, my goal for the coming year is to lose a clothing size or two. I'd also like my weight to be down next time I visit the doctor. Being in the 240's would be a real accomplishment for me.
I hope you can achieve your goals. We have the find the right balance of health and just enjoying life. I still want to eat tasty food, but the exercise helps keep my weight down.
For sure, I have no intention of giving up tasty food which is why I need to starting doing something more to mitigate that.
