Hello everyone...
Did you know that durian can increase body temperature for those who consume it?

For travelers or nature lovers who often roam to places with cold and cool weather, it is suitable to eat durian while in that location, because durian can increase your body temperature so you will not feel chills or cold when you are there.

Durian is a type of fruit that is very popular in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia. Durian does look extreme on the outside, with sharp thorns on the skin, but behind all that durian contains very high calories, so it is very effective to warm body temperature in cold weather.

Durian is also a good source of vitamin B-6 and potassium, containing 16% B-6 and 12% potassium the body needs every day, and we will also get about 12% of the recommended intake of riboflavin and 15% of fiber every day.

Besides having effective benefits to increase body temperature, the benefits of eating durian durian are also good for increasing energy, muscle strength and blood pressure, improving bowel movements, and supporting skin health. The king of these fruits also supports the nervous system and the immune system, and increases the formation of red blood cells.

Maybe some people don't like durian because of the smell, but for durian fans I highly recommend eating durian when it's in cold weather, like when in the mountains, or a waterfall attraction like the one we visited.

Well, hopefully this review will be new knowledge for those of you who don't know much about the benefits of durian, if you visit a waterfall or a trip to a cool river, please try eating durian after you bathe in the waterfall or river, and prove yourself your body's reaction when it's cold.
Good luck...

I must admit, I was a bit put off by the smell of Durian, but I did enjoy the taste of it and I also got to taste it dried as well which was really nice. Thank you for sharing the health benefits of it with us all.

Yes @naturalmedicine , many people do not like the smell of durian, but sometimes people are more concerned with the benefits that can not be avoided at certain times.
