¡Hola a todos! Hoy nos pondremos cinéfilos je je como a la mayoría, me encantan las películas, pero como siempre ando ocupada, es poco el tiempo que puedo dedicarle a éste hobbie.
Por lo general me inclino más por el cine independiente, porque es como encontrar tesoros escondidos. En cuanto al género, el que prefiero es aquel donde sobresalgan los sentimientos, de hecho, tengo una premisa: Si la película me hace llorar, entonces es buena. Eso es porque ha logrado que me involucre con la historia.
Entre esos filmes que me han hecho soltar mis lagrimitas, sin lugar a dudas, "Muerte en Venecia" es mi favorito.

In general, I am more inclined towards independent cinema, because it is like finding hidden treasures. As for the genre, the one I prefer is the one where feelings stand out, in fact, I have a premise: If the movie makes me cry, then it's good. That's because it has gotten me involved with the story.
Among those films that have made me shed my tears, without a doubt, "Death in Venice" is my favorite.
Hace años estaba buscando con sumo interés películas de temática gay y lésbica, ya que, la mayoría contiene historias bastante emotivas. En esa búsqueda incansable, terminé dando con Muerte en Venecia y luego de leer la sinopsis, me aventuré a verla.
Fue un choque de emociones tras otra. La manera en que todo va transcurriendo y el aire melancólico y dramático en que todo se desarrolla me atrapó por completo.
En el filme veremos como el profesor Gustav se encuentra cara a cara con lo que seria un amor platónico, en la figura de Tadzio, quien es apenas un jovencito. Pero, no creamos que esto es una historia que trata de pedofilia, ya que pensarlo sería caer en la falta de percepción, porque lo que añora Gustav es el ideal de la belleza y de la juventud que representa el hermoso muchacho rubio de los ojos claros. La juventud y belleza que todos perdemos.
Years ago I was looking with great interest for films with a gay and lesbian theme, since most contain quite emotional stories. In that tireless search, I ended up finding Death in Venice and after reading the synopsis, I ventured to see it.
It was one clash of emotions after another. The way everything unfolds and the melancholic and dramatic air in which everything unfolds completely captured me.
In the film we will see how Professor Gustav comes face to face with what would be a platonic love, in the figure of Tadzio, who is just a young man. But, let's not believe that this is a story about pedophilia, since to think about it would be to fall into a lack of perception, because what Gustav longs for is the ideal of beauty and youth represented by the beautiful blond boy with light eyes . The youth and beauty that we all lose.
Mientras que su propio ser, le recuerda lo marchito que se encuentra por los años, la existencia de Tadzio lo reconforta, le anima a seguir presenciando aquella pureza. Por eso lo mira desde lejos y sufre en silencio, añorando los años de su propia juventud, ida en el tiempo.
Mi escena favorita es donde el profesor y su amigo hablan sobre la vida, comparándola con un reloj de arena. Mencionan que el mecanismo del reloj de arena permite que la arena pase de un lado al otro a través de un orificio muy estrecho, lo que hace que sea casi imperceptible su paso... al igual como muy poco nos damos cuenta del paso del tiempo en nuestra vida. Y que, de un momento a otro, sin darnos cuenta toda la arena ha pasado al otro lado del reloj y ya no hay nada más que hacer, el tiempo se ha cumplido. Una reflexión sobre como se pasa de la juventud a la vejez sin que nos percatemos de ello...

My favorite scene is where the teacher and his friend talk about life, comparing it to an hourglass. They mention that the hourglass mechanism allows the sand to pass from one side to the other through a very narrow hole, which makes its passage almost imperceptible ... just as very little we realize the passage of time In our life. And that, from one moment to the next, without realizing it, all the sand has passed to the other side of the clock and there is nothing more to do, the time has run out. A reflection on how you go from youth to old age without us noticing it ...
Es sin duda, una joya. Representa a la perfección ese sentimiento de añoranza que todos llegamos a tener por aquello que hemos perdido.
