I have a very powerful 50 Mana deck in play, relying on a combination of regenerating tanks and a backline full of damage with stealth and precision abilities.
Position 1: The Main Tank
Dread Tafarian (Level 4): MY absolute wall. With his 7 Health, 1 Armor, and, most importantly, his Healing ability, this lion will recover a third of his maximum health each round. It's perfect for absorbing the enemy Dire Bear's attacks while my backline does its job.
Position 2: The Offensive Squire
Mad Gearhead (Level 3): Strategically placed right behind my tank. Thanks to his Reach ability, he can easily deal his 2 melee damage from second position. Furthermore, his 5 Health and 3 Speed ensure that if Tafarian falls, my lane won't collapse immediately.
Position 3: The Opportunity Hunters (The "Opportunity" Combo)
This is where my strategy gets aggressive and aims to dismantle the enemy's backline:
Vengeful Monk (Level 1): With 2 damage and Opportunity, it will ignore the enemy tank to go straight for the opponent's weakest unit.
Vicious Quillium (Level 3): A super gem. It provides another 2 damage with Opportunity. Together, the Monk and the Quillium can wipe out an opponent's weak card in a single round if they attack in sync.
Position 4: The Tactical Support
Time Bandit (Level 2): This dwarf is crucial in your mid lane. His Cleanse ability is a lifesaver: it removes any negative effects or magical debuffs the opponent tries to inflict on your Tafarian Dread in the front lane. Keeping your tank clean keeps it healing.
Position 5: The Rearguard Gunner
Kicking Roc (Level 2): Bringing up the rear of my formation with force. He delivers ranged damage, meaning constant, heavy punishment from the back of the map, staying safe while I ravage the enemy ranks.
As for my enemy team, they also came with a Dread Tafarian and a Bear, but they made a key tactical mistake in their lineup: they placed their Kicking Roc in the second position, potentially blocking its effectiveness or exposing ranged cards. In contrast, my distribution with Mad Gearhead taking advantage of Reach and the two cards with Opportunity gives me a massive advantage to quickly clear their support cards.
