In today's creative Sunday I bring to teach you of how you can make some tasteful and delicious homemade croissant recipe. This is a kind of snacks we can take out just a little time to prepare to enjoy with our loved ones especially during the weekend.

Croissant is a lovely pastry snack enjoyed by so many of us and can be eaten at anytime of the day especially before main meals or as a late night snack. This snacks is also loved by kids

So if we love to make some snacks to put in the refrigerator that can come handy during the week, we can think of a homemade tasty and delicious croissant recipe.

Let's go ahead to prepare this tasty and delicious homemade croissant recipe everyone will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS :

400 g of all purpose flour
half glass cup of warm water
half glass of spring water
1/3 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of almond oil
2 teaspoon of yeast
3 tablespoons of premium sugar

Steps For Preparation :

We will start this tasty and delicious homemade croissant recipe by first soaking the yeast with half glass of warm water, adding one teaspoon of sugar to it. We stir and cove it for 5 minutes .

We then go ahead to mix our flour by pouring the flour into a bowl, add the 1/3 pinch of salt, add margarine, then covered yeast. Here I added almond oil in place of margarine. We then stir well to incorporate flour and the ingredients.

We now add half glass of spring water to the flour mixture and knead properly into a dough.

Rub oil all around a bowl, put the kneaded dough into the bowl and cover with a napkin or towel for 30 minutes to enable the kneaded dough rise or double in size.

After 30 minutes, the dough has doubled in size as we can see.

We will now devide the dough into equal parts , spread a flour in our kneading table, and start rolling each parts one by one in a way that the middle of the dough bulges while the two sides thins up..

We cut the rolls at the middle, we take one part and flattens it with our rolling wood. We then gradually folds the fat side toward the thin end to obtain the shape of croissant.

We flour our tray, and gradually roll all the dough into the shape of croissant, rolling it into some suger spread and placing them into the baking tray

Once all the dough has been rolled and suger spread, we will take it into preheated oven at 200 C° to bake for 20 minutes.

And at 20 minutes this beauty is all ready to satisfy our craving.

We can serve with tea, coffee or warm milk for kids. Its so filling and satisfying.
A snack we can prepare at any time or keep in the refrigerator to come handy at late evening before bed time

If I do remember My wife Cooked these Yummy Petties. I would love to eat them again.
