Hello my lovely fellow Hivians and dCity-players!
In this series of posts I would like to talk about a potentially important part of my income strategy here on HIVE: Building a dCity that generates a passive income.
After hitting my first goal of having over 8k SIM, namely 10.034 SIM in my wallet I was able to increase mit SIM holdings further to 14.375. I kept on selling young citizens that would decrease my income so far to let me drop out of the top 400. 12 young citizens are still waiting to become new mints (hopefully students) and 2 students to get indebted.
Probably this week I will hit my 30 day moving average goal of over 8k SIM. From that moment on there will be daily HIVE drips going on ;D Will I be able to write about my first divs next week? Just come by and have a look!
Next week I will give you an update about the process of developing my dCity and turning it into a passive income machine!
