It's a dessert for those who do not like a pumpkin. Why? because in this dish they will like it for sure;))
This dessert is simple, cheap and easy to do, but the result will surprise you. No pumpkin taste at all! Just super tasty and healthy.
INGREDIENTS:

Pumpkin 300g
Banana 100g
Chia seeds 30g
Chocolate 85% cocoa 100g
Sweetener if necessary
WHAT TO DO:
⠀- Bake the pumpkin (it took me about 40 min)
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath (it is important to simmer at a light boil, the water should not touch the bottom of the bowl, I add a teaspoon of coconut oil, and stir constantly until the chocolate melts)
- Mix pumpkin, banana and chocolate in a blender.
- Then add chia seeds and mix with a spoon.

- Pour into a mold and leave in a frige for a couple of hours.

Ready!
My son doesn't like pumpkin, but he liked this dessert very much;))

se ve excelente, y con ingredientes sencillos y saludables!
looks excellent, and with simple and healthy ingredients!
thank you!
I love pumpkin too, but I rarely buy a pumpkin because pumpkin is very expensive here in our country..
really?? where are you from? here it's super cheap! 0.2$ per a kig
I am from philippines, it cost around 1-2 dollar per kilos
That looks perfect, I love pumpkin so I'll surely love it if ever you give some to me haha. It has a few ingredients which is good because anyone can follow and make this too ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
is pumpkin expensive in your place? in comments it appeared some people have expensive prices for it!
Actually, we have different variety here in the Philippines. But pumpkin and squash is similar too I think. We usually use squash and it is not that expensive, the price ranges from $0.71 to $0.88 per kilo ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
