The problem is that as I see it, new builds will be far more standardised driven by AI and automation, making them far easier to service. Old builds will still need tradies, but it will be declining. And then, how many tradies can really be supported by the demand?
The young people that may inherit their parents wealth, may be more sensible than they are given credit for.
I have little faith.
