Tesla Produces Over 500K Cars For 2020

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

The year end numbers are in for Tesla, although they might change slightly as all the paperwork is processed.

Overall, the company did well. It hit the target of producing over half a million cars. Their deliveries came in just shy, missing by 450.

In this video I discuss the year that was as well as the year ahead for Tesla.

Don't forget about the few times where Elon forgot to pay his bills. Although I believe it was for factories being built, I can't be sure if it affected their existing factories and it's production. One difference Tesla has is that they try to build all their parts internally so that should decrease the liability in business relations. I am most anticipating the autonomous driving network and when does it actually takes off to become it's own business.

True although that is just bookkeeping issues. It isnt a widespread problem although the Germans made it out to be by shutting off the power.

Autonomous driving will radically alter the world of transportation as we know it. It will be interesting to see how long until it arrives.

That is good to hear and I hope that Tesla will continue to grow and the price will improve. I know that it might be overestimated, but I think this year should produce more sales will hopefully the economy starting back.

I think they will grow at an even bigger rate in 2021.

The economy, I am not so optimistic about.

Targeting 500k cars production and hitting 495,550 deliveries is a big win considering the Covid situation.

With the list of partnership, you speculate to come up, their target will be 1 million.

900k cars will be a lazy target if you ask me .
