RSS is a particular scripting language (really simple script) that is designed to present a feed in a particular style for quick consumption by RSS readers (aggregators).
It's totally feasible that somebody could modify the steemit condenser to present feeds in RSS (make it into an RSS feed).

One possible solution is RSSteem.
According to Steem Projects, "RSSTEEM is a service that will allow you to get a RSS feed from your blog, but also your feed, your comments or a specific tag."
