Toffee Bits Bread Pudding

Hi Guys!

I feel blue 😫 Yep. Cloudy and cold morning. Meh. What a great weekend πŸ˜… Last night I said to my oldest, "Tomorrow (which is today) please pick some dandelion florets for me. I'm going to make jelly". But now with this super cloudy and cold day, I just wanna stay in my bed, which is what am doing atm. Typing to you from under my blanket πŸ˜… In my defense, breakfast already served, laundry already done earlier, no dishes to do, and iRobot is sweeping around the house right now. So, really, under blanket for me it is 😁✌️😁✌️

Guess lilac and dandelion jellies have to wait. I truly have no spirit when it's cloudy. I am so needing tons of Vitamin D.

I even planned to make either cinnamon rolls if not doughnut. My husband did cut the grass last night. I said to him, there you go, it's gonna rain now. Seems like whenever he cuts the grass, rain follows suit not long after πŸ˜…

Anyhoo! I baked this following bread pudding for the boys. No Baileys this time πŸ˜‰

It's the same with my mum and steamboat, every time she wants to make steamboat it rains XD We told her there's some farms she should go to and make steamboat for them so they get rain.

I know it's not the same but have you been taking vitD tablets? They might help your sads a little.

Once again this sounds like something the boys would really enjoy XD

😁

Yes i do take vit d daily, doesnt seem to help much 🫀

Aww :< I guess not much beats the real thing.
