Just a short distance from OLD BARN № 069 is another barn that appears somewhat older and in a worse state of repair. It is still a lovely and rustic addition to the scenery as one travels down the little country road, however.
This barn appears more as a building to store farming implements than for sheltering livestock. Perhaps the adjacent field was once used for raising crops and was part of a very old homestead in the area.
This barn is also in the vicinity of Glassy Mountain, as seen in the following screenshot from BING Maps, indicated by the little barn overlay with the "X" of the barn door marking the location of the structure.
I am thrilled that so many people on the blockchain are also charmed by these old barns that I post as part of my Old Barn Project! That makes my project a bit more rewarding for me, and I appreciate all the comments and updoots! Thank you! 💖
