Smartsteem's blacklist isn't maintained anymore and thus should be removed soon from the global blacklist api, which Steemit uses :)
If you are talking about @smartsteem, you need to talk to @therealwolf.
As far as I can tell, such mark doesn't appear on your profile on @steempeak and it supports the lists as well.
On steempeak.com not all the blacklists are considered. We integrate the API, but we use only the results from some lists. Probably this explain the difference.
