The Fed creates the crisis that we face. They decide when the markets will rise and fall. They manage liquidity which has a snowball effect on the entire monetary system. Central banks around the world essentially do the same thing. They purposely engage in artificial cycles that suit their needs and ensure that the globalist elite have their pockets full at your expense. They even admit it.
