Black Panther
EN: My first movie of this list is "Black Panther". I enjoy this movie specially because of it's soundtrack. The work from Ludwig Göransson is amazing, he went out to study the african music and produce songs that would fit in that universe and would represent the culture the movie was going to embrace. This film also has other aspects that I really enjoy and are the reasons I recommend everyone to give it a try, it has great characters and the main villain don't want just to destroy everything, but has real motivations, and the hole story talks to our real world history of the african people.
PT: Meu primeiro filme da lista é "Pantera Negra". Eu gostei do filme principalmente pela sua trilha sonora. O trabalho de Ludwig Göransson é sensacional, ele realmente foi estudar a música africana e para produzir músicas que se enxaixariam naquele universo e representariam a cultura que o filme iria abraçar. O longa também tem outros aspectos que eu realmente aprecio e são motivos pelos quais eu recomendo a todos que o assistam. Um deles é o principal vilão da obra, que não quer apenas destruir tudo, mas tem uma motivação real e profunda, onde toda a história conversa com a história do nosso mundo real e da população africana.
Batman Begins
EN: As my second movie, I will mention here "Batman Begins". It's one of my favorite superhero movies. As well as Black Panther, this one has an amazing soudtrack as well. Hans Zimmer did a really great job creating an iconic music selection for the movie and leitmotiv for Batman, with just two notes of a quite simple melody, we can identify the hero and the movie. I don't remember where, unfortunatelly, but I once read that this film's style served as inspiration for other superhero movies that came after, specially in art and photography aspects.
PT: Como meu segundo filme, irei mencionar aqui "Batman Begins". É um dos meus filmes favoritos de super herói. Assim como Pantera Negra, este possuí uma trilha sonora magnífica. Hans Zimmer realmente fez um trabalho fenomenal criando músicas icônicas e um memorável leitmotiv para o Batman, que apenas com duas notas musicais de uma melodia simples, nós podemos identificar o herói do filme. Eu não recordo onde, infelizmente, mas li uma vez que o estilo desse filme, em questão de arte e fotografia, serviu como inspiração para outros filmes do gênero.
