Hasn't it been a while since I wrote in this community? Of course, it's not because I don't run anymore (I've fallen in love with this sport after all). However, I've stopped my running activities during the month of Ramadan. The reason is simple, because my work schedule changes more at night, and my stamina is not stable due to lack of sleep. So, for the sake of maintaining the consistency of fasting, I decided to take a temporary break and start again after Eid
So, here we go...
On writing about the run I did one week after Eid. It was quite an effort to reorganise the routine. I'm grateful that everything is back to normal.
Because it is still in the situation of holidays and returning home. This time the route was special because it was in my hometown area. on 8 April, I started running from my house. After warming up as usual, I used a tempo that tends to be slow even very slow. My body felt very heavy after resting for more than a month, my breath didn't look good. So I ran very leisurely while enjoying the fresh morning air and the green of the rice fields.

I took the route around two villages, so it was pretty cool and I saw a lot of morning scenery. The funniest part was, on my way back home after finishing my run, I saw my neighbour tidying up her rosela plants, and I asked for the seeds to plant myself. I love the fresh sour flavour of roselle when brewed with hot water. And the blush colour is very pretty too, isn't it?

I finished my run in 39:06 with a total distance of 5.03km and an average pace of 7:46/km.
That's the story of the return of my running routine. I'm very happy to finally be able to write this again. Best wishes, and keep up the good work!

Hi, I am the child of the universe, I like to read books with various genres. I was born in the city of batik but can't draw batik yet. I want to be a novelist, but my works are only short poems that are included in anthology books.
