
What good things have you learned this week?
One good thing I learned this week is that my cough has gradually disappeared and my sleep quality has improved.
Yesterday I ran at my usual time, around 4 p.m. This was my second run this week. I've been eating a lot of meat lately because we recently received meat from the Eid al-Adha celebrations. Because of this, I've also been more aware of my cholesterol and other things. Not to mention, my appetite has been very high lately. Luckily, I've been able to control my sweet tooth.
Okay, back to my running. On June 3rd this week, I ran five kilometers at a pace of 7:55/km for a total time of 38 minutes and a half seconds.
Meanwhile, yesterday, Saturday, I ran a total distance of 5.03km for a total time of 35:50 minutes and an average pace of 7:07/km. I rarely run on Sundays. Because the track will be very busy, and I also have more work on Sundays, I have to strategize to keep running at least twice a week. Although I'd love to be able to run three times a week. Maybe next time I'll have to try harder to achieve what I want.




After all, the older I get, the more my body wants to exercise.
