Greetings to everyone reading this. It is a great pleasure to write this piece to you. I hope you find it to be useful and meaningful.
As pointed out in my first post in this community, I told us that I would be sharing some prayer topics for us to pray about at our convenient times.
But before going to that, I would like us to know that praying is a necessity for every child of God. Prayers is a means of communicating with our Maker; it is a moment to commune with God as friend with friend as well as make our request known to Him. It is through prayers we ask and when we ask, the Bible says in the Matthew 7:7 that it will be given to us. So prayers is quite necessary; it helps a believer to grow.
The Bible in the book of 1 Thessalonians 5:7, says we should pray without ceasing. Meaning that we should make praying a lifestyle and a habit. A prayerless Christian is a weak Christian but a child of God who loves praying would definitely be equipped with spiritual strengths and capacity.
Hence, we should take delight in prayers. This post brings to us the First Series of the Prayer Chain. I hope you take part and observe subsequent ones. Please kindly take out a few minutes of your time and say these few prayer points. Remember, if there's a man to pray, there is a God to answer.
PRAYER TOPICS
Firstly, pray that God should heal the land. God is the greatest healer. The outbreak of COVID-19 is from the devil. It is the devil's strategy to destroy mankind but we will take a stance as Christians and intercede for the world.
Pray that God should give wisdom to the doctors so as to discover a permanent cure for the disease. Wisdom to create is from God. Pray!!!
3.Pray that God should protect us from contacting this virus.
You will agree with me that it is very necessary for us to pray about this recent outbreak of COVID-19. When we pray, God will surely answer.
Please treat the above as important. Be an intercessor today. Do not faint in prayers. Pray daily to grow your spiritually. As we pray may God diligently answer me.
