Regarding BITSHARES DEX
I have not found any comprehensible reason why people don't use massively the Decentralized Exchange, so called DEX, provided by BITSHARES or OPENLEDGER...
Do you know that you can trade there many cryptos easily, safe and without having to trust on no one else but yourself?
Of course, the Bearish Market is affecting trades at any Exchange, centralized or not but I have the impression that BITSHARES DEX is suffering much more than others...
So, let me ask you...
Have you ever used BITSHARES DEX?

i'd say most of the whales or a lot... are the exchanges itself... the centralized exchanges off course,.,. they control tones of data and information that for sure use for their own profit. Once said that,,, if you were the CEO of one of this exchanges riding the cryptoworlds w/o any regulation moving your money w/o rules playing with tones of info... would you "pump" one of the alts aka bitshares that is a threat for yourself?
they prefer to pump and dumb the rest.. one after another

Agree. But the question was more addressed to know why people don’t use DEX than why people don’t BUY bitshares 🙂

People use Binance so they buy Binance Coin, people don't use BitsharesDEX so don't buy Bitshares.

is not friendly user: openBTC / BitUSD ... a genious idea hard to understand for common users .. so low liquid

I totally agree considering how well structured and proven the technology has been including being one of the first to have multi currency stablecoins!
yes and the more folks use it the more liquidity there will be. The reason CEX is so popular is because of the straight path from A - B. However using BitShares you do have more options, yet it awaits simplified and user friendly interfaces to be built.
