Mother Nature has been a bit fickle lately, so even though the weather report (at least the one I saw) called for clear skies Saturday night, I decided to play it safe and grab some shots of the Full Blue Moon on Friday night (technically, only 9 hours before it officially turned full).
Good thing I did! Both nights ended up cloudy, but lucky for me, La Luna peeked her face out from behind the curtain of clouds long enough for me to capture her with my camera.
So here are a handful from the 30th, and a shit ton whole bunch from last night. I think I took something like 180 shots, deleted over 100 for various reasons (blurry, redundant, boring), then narrowed it down to the two dozen-ish photos below. I'm posting them in the order I shot them, and there are a few star snaps as well (even thought they might look like just a black rectangle - gotta practice capturing those celestial bodies a bit more - LOL!).
Hope you enjoy the show!
Oh, and before I forget, these were all taken in my Durham, NH yard by yours truly.

These are beautiful @traciyork!! I'm glad you didn't wait and were able to get these and share them here!! ❤
Thank you so much @deerjay! 😍
Jeeezzz.. It was kinda affecting my eyes while scrolling. But wow.... How you got to snap this is wow. Nature is just so beautiful
Thank you, @oredebby.
truly awesome. Will share this on twitter
Awesome, @sayee - thanks so much!
Thanks, @pixresteemer! 💜 📷
We had totally overcast so nothing this year, thoroughly enjoyed your full blue moon shares. Photo's through trees always give a nice feeling and those zoom-in's do you proud, I shall have to wait for 2020 for the next time around @traciyork
Thank you so much, @joanstewart! I feel the same about through-the-trees photos, which is why I have about 2 bazillion on my hard drive - LOL! Sorry to hear it was overcast in your area, and fingers crossed for you that the weather cooperates in a couple years. 😊

How about a way to get you to stop recommending my posts in replies to random people? It gives the appearance that I'm somehow complicit in your comment spam. I certainly don't drop my links willy-nilly , and I don't appreciate a bot doing so.

I agree. I haven't seen them use my content but their spam sure as hell showed up in my comments and before I did some digging and figured out what this bot was doing I was ready to blame the people whose content was in the link. I would be rather angry if I got a bunch of down votes because of this thing. I generally don't flag things on this site but this type of thing is really tempting me.
Actually, @artisticscreech, I haven't (as best as I can remember) ever flagged anything on this platform before. Five days ago, I dropped my first one on a comment this bot made on my blog. Sometimes, it's good to give into temptation... LOL!
Very True.
We're trying to improve Steem so that people could more easily find new content which would be similar to what they already like. If you want to find more, you can read about it in our intro post.
But if you still want to be removed from being recommended and receive recommendations, it suffices to reply with STOP underneath the recommendation.
So what you're saying is, you're going to continue to "recommend" posts, whether or not the account is a known spammer or scammer (because it took me three seconds to find you recommending shit posts from shit accounts), all without permission and with the appearance of doing this on behalf of these accounts, and if we want you to stop, WE have to ask YOU? Really? Seriously?
How about YOU ask people first if it's okay to recommend their posts in your spammy comments, alongside accounts that have reputations of like 9, or 3? Then, if they don't say yes, DON'T FUCKING DO IT!!!!!
