Because sunshine has been such a scarce commodity here in New Hampshire as of late, I made a point of going for a short wander in the woods behind our house during the five minutes the sun was out on Monday. So that means today's Wednesday Walk doesn't have to be a flashback to warmer days... okay, well I suppose it's still a flashback to a couple days ago, but at least they're new photos!
Speaking of wandering, don't forget to wander on over to @tattoodjay's latest post, called Wednesday walk challenge in Harlem and Steem Basic Income Give away ) which has some wicked cool architectural shots & some springtime loveliness.

Now, on to my shots!
If you squint a bit, you can see there are actually buds on the tree!
Or, of course, I could just zoom in on the buds...LOL!

And directly to the left, the sun lit up these baby leaves, and made a cool pattern
Did I mention there was actual sun today?
There's just something about these backlit buds that makes me take a bazillion pictures of them!

Even more green popping up in the woods this week...
...and the sun is adding a cool glow.
Beautiful Bluets are popping up along the driveway
Dandelion triplets.
I think these are Blackeyed Susan sprouts, but not entirely sure. Love how they look, though.
Just before I went back inside, I noticed a very fain moon still in the sky. In fact, it was so faint, this is the closest I could zoom in before my camera lost its focus.
If you squint again, you can see the tiny bit of it directly in the center of this shot.

you had me squinting with the first shot only to scroll down LOL Some beautiful signs of new growth going on there, were having similar weather dreary and rainy days its crazy today was a high of 55 and tomorrow its going to hit 80 in NYC, but still rainy and overcastr, I think Mother nature is riding a Roller Coaster

There is something so ethereal about those tiny fresh spring leaves and shoots. I can't wait! And winter has not even begun. I guess I should be grateful that we don't have to cold long winters you do, and revel in autumnal warmth. Lovely shots. That moon... Happy day to you @traciyork!

You have given me the post I will sit on my desk today. I am working in the basement so I do not get the sunshine in my window. Besides today it is extremely overcast and rainy, so your post is a total joy. Thank you for all the sunny photo.

Nothing like the buds on trees during springtime. After a dreary March seeing the flowers pop out of the ground was such a relief! Nice to get out of the house and feel the sunshine, even if it was short! Love the moon pic shot @traciyork!
I love staring up at Blue skies through semi naked tree branches! Glad you had your 5 mins of sun! And the moon in the day light is just magical, don't you think?
