RE: Two Giants Two Different Market Reactions
Did you see they are talking about merging Tesla and SpaceX? It’s going to be a behemoth of a company if they do 😆

RE: The End of Pricing Power in Consumer Staples?
Even McDonald’s is down almost 20% for the past year. We are in a weird stock market where AI driven stocks are doing well but the rest of the market seems to be in a bear… strange times!

RE: Taking Another Look at Boeing
I mostly avoid the airline sector as well. In general I think the risk to reward just isn’t there for this industry. Lots of risk with poor returns… just doesn’t make sense to me 😅

I am not super excited about this IPO and will avoid it, but apparently it’s over subscribed by 300% 😅

RE: Wendy’s Under Pressure: Franchisee Files Chapter 11
I really enjoyed this post! Agreed it’s far from certain on the turn around. A large franchisee filing bankruptcy to restructure is a bad sign but also not all that surprising.…

RE: $WEN: Turnaround Still Nowhere in Sight
Well we can agree on that! 😅 I am guessing a turnaround will take a least a year but could be longer; the new CEO Wright is still installing his team and that could take a…

On Accenture, I think the market is overreacting. They provide consulting and implementation services for AI so I think they can actually make money off AI in the long run.…

That’s pretty rough but not all that surprising. With real wages moving negative it makes sense people, on average, would be less inclined to work. On the interest rates front…
