Welcome to my live blog about Day 4 of SteemFest².
18:00 WET: A walk through the city
Since today there was no official SteemFest program, I used the spare time for a walk through the city of Lisbon.
From hotel Fenix Lisboa I walked down the great street Av. de Liberdade.
The street ends at Praca dos Restauradores with the awesome Monumento dos Restauradores in the middle of the square.
At the Praca Rossio this fountain is situated.
The Ascensor do Lavra.
The giant Praca do Comercio.
The Ponte 25 de Abril, Europes Golden Gate Bridge over the Tajo River.
I got hungry and had this Portuguese Burger with Gorgonzola Cheese to lunch.
Two pillars in the sea near Cais das Colunas.
I continued my walk and visited the Castelo de S. Jorge. The ticket costs 8,50 Euro, but you will have the best view over the city of Lisbon.
02:00 WET: #beersaturday
The #beersaturday meetup was amazing. I expected 10 people to join @detlev‘s walk through the beer pubs, but at the end it were about 30 beer geeks.

I needed something to eat, they only served canned fish and breed. Indeed „creamy and delicious“.

They had tons of craft beers, but only one Pilsner. A can from Norway for 4,75 Euro.

Yes that is the plan. depending also on my witness campaign and if it is possible financially but I will do my utmost best for it.

Ne, Location gibts noch keine, sollte ja dieses Jahr schon in den USA stattfinden, was aber dann nicht klappte, also würde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Versuch mit Austragungsort USA erwarten.

Sieht ja super aus. Eine tolle Stadt. Was ist das für ein verrückter Turm unter dem Titel "The Ascensor do Lavra"? Sieht extrem verrückt aus. :-)
Achso, das ist ein Aufzug, und oben geht hinter dem Tuem eine Brücke weg auf einen Hügel. Bei den vielen Hügeln kommt man schnell mal ins Schwitzen, und das Anfang November. Sogesehen sind die Aufzüge eine gute Investition gegen Schwitzen im Hochsommer.
Klingt vernünftig. Gut, das die an die Touristen denken. :-)

I visited LX Factory for only 30 Minutes, so it was good luck that we met there.
