I believe that my country the USA is the only country to uphold our rights (Constitution) as humans. I believe this to be true for our federal government, and not for our States and local Governments. The State/Cities violate our rights everyday, and I wish this could be fixed....

As far is I know, there are no governments that are not corrupt (maybe except some very small governments)
