The last week of the year.
In these times is where the pleasure of the palate wins and our meals become more succulent and special.
I suppose that in all countries it will be similar, on the designated days we make designated meals, to please the palate and enjoy the family with good food and good wine.
I leave you the recipes in case you want to dare to prepare it.
In our house we usually start with appetizers and the king is:
The ham.
A good ham cannot be missing from our tables.
The ham is the leg of the pig cured in salt with a suitable temperature and humidity.
The bigger and better the breed of pig, the better the ham,
There is Serrano, Jabugo, pata negra or Iberian ham
Here we have a dish for everyone to taste.
La última semana del año.
En estas épocas es donde el placer del paladar gana y nuestras comidas se hacen más suculentas y especiales.
Supongo que en todos los países será parecido, los días señalados hacemos comidas señaladas, para dar gusto al paladar y disfrutar de la familia con unas buenas viandas y buen vino.
Os dejo las recetas por si queréis atreveros a prepararlo .
En nuestra casa solemos empezar con los aperitivos y el rey es:
El jamón.
Un buen jamón no puede faltar en nuestras mesas.
El jamón es la pata del cerdo curada en sal con una temperatura y humedad adecuada.
Cuanto mayor y mejor sea la raza de cerdo mejor será el jamón,
Hay Serrano, Jabugo, pata negra o jamón ibérico
Aquí tenemos un plato para degustar entre todos.
