  I think that the market fee should continue to go to the markets, and especially to those that offer additional services like the portfolio, such as Splinterhub.

  Can I first ask why the SplinterHub-Market should be no longer eligible for Third-Party Market Earnings ? Does this only affect this market or other markets as well, and why should it be changed?
