ベランダのトマトが実をつけ始めました。
写真はことし懸賞で当たった、「凛々子」というトマト。サイズは中玉で、加熱調理専用です。丈夫で花が咲くまでは結構カンタンに育てられるのですが、カルシウム欠乏による尻腐れ症になりやすいのが難点です😭一昨年育てた際もほとんどが尻腐れで、収穫できたのはほんのわずかでした。
今年はせっせと、花や実にスプレーするタイプの肥料を吹きかけてみていますが、果たしてどうなるか…
The tomatoes on my balcony began to fruit. Her name is "Ririco", medium size and is typically used for heat cooking. The lack of calcium is apt to cause the fruit decay, so I could harvest only a small amount when I grew the same varieties before. This year I use spray fertilizer to leaves and flowers to prevent calcium deficiency.
こちらは、種から育てたミニトマト。最初はなかなか大きくならず、根っこが虫かなにかにやられているんじゃないかと疑っていたものです。でも、最近は元気で葉っぱの色もいい感じ。
ただ、随分丈が短いなぁと… そういう品種なのでしょうか？
The second photo is flowers of mini tomato that I grew from seeds. I was worried at first that the growth was slow, but recently he looks fine, the color of the leaves is good.
However, now I think that it is strange because the length is shorter than I thought...🤔
セブンさん、今ガーデニングの動画を見ていたら、カルシウム不足の尻腐れにTums（アメリカの胃薬でカルシウム剤らしいです）を使うみたいな仰天 tips が紹介されていて、即効性があるのだとか。。もし尻腐れが出たらカルシウムタブレットでもいいかもしれませんね・・・保証しませんが ;) 思わずセブンさんの投稿を思い出して書きにきました。
植物用の肥料でなくてもよい(かもしれない)のですね！
いませっせと尻腐れ防止スプレーをかけていますが、いつまたあの黒い変色が現れるのだろうとヒヤヒヤしています。
即効性があるのいいですね。尻腐れ出てきちゃったら試してみます！

本文には書かなかったのですが、凛々子ふた鉢のうち、ひとつは土がスカスカでダメそうな予感です💦鉢植えより、やっぱり地面に植えてあげたいです…(庭が欲しい！)

庭という感じの庭はないので生垣の横の荒野みたいな土地に植えたので育つか興味津々です😊 教養の裏庭に植えちゃうか迷ったのですがびびってやめました。。りりこ生き返るよう願ってます！！
