Greetings MCGI. It is with great delight in my heart I that I share the few things I learned today in the MCGI Mass Indoctrination. One of the habit that should be maintained by a Christian is the life of prayers. God told us in His word that men ought always to pray and never to faint.
It is an activity that should be carried out by everyone on earth. That is why we see people, though belonging to diverse religions and beliefs, they always pray to a deity. As Christians, whenever we come before the presence of God in prayer, we are to appear before Him in a manner that is pleasing to Him.
We don't come before God anyhow we want. Our approach to God in prayers determines if our prayers to Him will be answered or not. Some people's prayers don't get answered and there are reasons why for this.
John 9:31 - Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
A sinner's prayer is considered to be vain before God's eyes, except it is not God he is praying to. They can pray all they want but God will not hear their prayers because sin is in the way between them and God. Another reason as to why our prayers may not be answered is if we don't forgive others, as recorded in Mark 11:25.
Have a wonderful week

As we listen to the teachings of the doctrines of Jesus Christ, it will help us to descend the truth
