Flying saucers =/= Gravity doesn't exist.
The shape of spacetime is not the only factor affecting the movement of mass. Various fields also affect the motion of mass, such as the many you mention, sound waves, electrical charge, magnetism, and more. Just because some other physical aspect of the universe also affects matter does not mean gravity doesn't exist.
