Your downvoter is your accountability on Hive. It's notable that flagging ninjaminers is basically suicidal, so DPoS is utterly incapable of holding substantial stakeholders to account, as you point out is a feature of Hive.
Of relevance to your comment on bureaucracy is corruption, which is the actual beneficiary of lack of accountability. Every political institution is similarly benefited, equally corrupted, and the rhetoric which attracts it's membership equally vacuous and irrelevant to it's actual purposes and acts. Socialism is just one species of political institution, and although it's rhetoric attracts people most suitable psychologically to institutions, every institution operates fundamentally identically in this regard, even those whose rhetoric is most attractive to the opposite of Socialists (whomever that might be).
The state is fundamentally an institution, which explains, in context, why I am not a Statist, but an Autarchist. I cannot be corrupted to allow my food to be poisoned with biocides when I myself grow my food, which is why I advocate adopting modern means of production which advance technology by distributing manufacturing of goods and services to the individuals consuming them. Doing so eliminates corruption by eliminating institutions that are it's only vector.

It is all species of political institutions, from what I see.An arbitrary redistribution of other peoples wealth.
People see terms like 'free market' or 'capitalism', and believe the words they read, rather than looking behind the veil.(silly people).
So, given that the IRL situation essentially prevents the capital accumulation you seek, shouldn't that encourage you to use other metrics?
