I am not the only person angered by this. Smollet appears to have got off scot free after faking a hate crime that was used by the enemedia to fan the flames of division, and became the basis for 'anti-lynching' legislation pushed by Kamala Harris, currently considered a candidate for President, and Sen. Cory Booker.
In a public statement Smollett was described as 'not exonerated'. Haven't we heard that exact description recently of someone not charged by a prosecutor? That is exactly how Mueller spoke of President Trump.
Far more than mere political revenge seems to have been the motive of First Assistant Prosecutor Joseph Magats for dropping all charges against Smollett however. Texts and emails have surfaced indicating that Tina Tchen, who has just been hired to review 'gender and racial equity issues' at the SPLC, spoke to the prosecution regarding Smollet.
More interesting yet, Michelle Obama personally seems to have intervened in the matter. Perhaps not surprising considering Tchen acted as Michelle Obama's Chief of Staff.
An additional disturbing aspect of the dismissal is that Smollet's potential co-conspirator in attempting to ram through legislation, Kamala Harris, is widely known to be Kim Foxx's mentor, and the reason Foxx recused herself.
Is that all? No, not by a long shot. Mark Geragos, Smollet's attorney, has been named as the 'unindicted co-conspirator' of Michael Avenatti, who himself has just been indicted for extorting Nike, and who famously represented Stormy Daniels.
The prosecution claims no deal, but that they just dropped charges against Smollett because he wasn't violent.
Given the political circus surrounding this attempt to suborn American legislative process with false hate crimes, in the heart of Obama's power base, it seems unlikely that anything less than extraordinary public pressure could get Smollett's 16 criminal charges prosecuted in Cook County - which has been described as the most corrupt county in America, decades ago.
While federal charges are still possible failing the Cook County Prosecutor's office succumbing to public pressure, what can we expect from our noble FBI and DOJ? IMHO - nada. We should just 'trust the plan'. The only real hope of prosecution of this potentially treasonous crime is the Postal Inspector, who has reason based on the letter Smollett is said to have mailed himself containing threats.
The final nail in the coffin of the American injustice system on display in this case is the tweet sent by the writer's of the show 'Empire': "See ya'll Wednesday". Apparently the man who faked a hate crime to push legislation and potentially start a race war in America will be back to work making $125,000 an episode tomorrow.
There's even more to this sordid miscarriage of injustice, but frankly I can't stomach it anymore. My last thought on the matter is to consider the message this is sending to folks on the left intent on inflaming division. They gotta think they'll get a pass, even if they're caught.

Maybe it's a good chance this whole thing was set up from the beginning...Obama finding ways to still divide the country.
It seems very political. No actual justice has been served, in fact, a lot of criminals have just done their thing and been cleared of blame. It's messed up. Almost like they want more division at all costs.
Don't be fooled if you think race and sexuality has anything to do with this. This isn't black gay privilege; this is rich privilege.
I don't even think it's rich privilege. I think it's political intrigue, intended to shield Kamala Harris from being charged for recruiting Smollett to fake the attack so she could ram through the lynching bill. Race, sexuality, and religion are used to create the identity politics divide, so those are also political as well.
Just to be certain to establish this point: I am not racist. I think plenty of his fans are though, and I think identity politics is just another word for racism/sexism/whateverism. I am confident that both his race and sexual preference have contributed to his political position in this matter. Those aren't my preferences or racism. It's just what I see contributing to the political corruption ongoing in this case.

Yeah, I read the ZeroHedge Rahm Emanuel, Chicago's Top Cop Slam Dropped Smollett Charges As "Whitewash Of Justice" article this morning and it made me a bit sick...
Although we know that the US has a two-tier justice (Banana Republic) system with the politically-entertainment-deep-state connected get scott free if they exert their money and power. This is what happens on a daily basis in China.
There is a silver lining though, I think. At least we are seeing Chicago's Police head and Mayor showing their disgust with this farce:

Silver lining, because the culprits - Michelle Obama, Tina Tchen, Kim Foxx, & Joe Maggot - are likely going to be further scrutinized. (at least I hope) And, perhaps, this will piss off enough of the common 'folk who are sick and tired of injustice.

Having read Emmanuel's comments, I don't see them as actual condemnation, but merely seeking to distance himself from any blowback of a situation I am confident he took an active part in.
A lot of people are being 'red pilled' on criminal justice and politics because of this story, and that's a good thing. It's probably a better thing than it's a bad thing that Smollett is completely immune to the consequences of his treason.
Sadly, almost no one makes the connection to the legislation I am confident this false flag was intended to enable.
Postal Inspector is really the only bureaucracy that is relatively uncorrupted and might act contrary to political influence in this case. We'll see what relative actually means soon, I reckon.

About the only thing I can address is that 'the' West is not a monolith, which you indicate by saying 'they' referring to it. Individual people, each viewing the reports on the matter from their unique perspective, each distinguishing between fantasy and reality per their unique perspective, do tend to form groups of folks sharing similar opinions. That is not 'the West', but some few of the groups that comprise the West.
The West has no opinion on this sad event. The groups that comprise the West do share viewpoints, and this is the purpose of psyops - to pit those groups one against the other, so that they are spending their time and attention on those contests for power, and being controlled by groups pitting them against each other the entire time. This is called the Hegelian Dialectic, and you're swimming in that pond. Your comment is an attempt to produce specific empowerment of one group or another, and if we take you at face value, it is those pitting sides against each other to rule over them by dividing them.

I can only point to myself as an example of an individual. I am a member of no political party. I do not advocate participation in any political system, and revile every political candidate extant that I am aware of. If there's a group of anarchists, then that's as close as I'll get to being an ideologue - but that's an oxymoron and you know it.
I won't be ruled by a Marxist system, or any system. As a free and sovereign individual I will negotiate as best I am able in the extant circumstances. If someone holds a gun to my head and demands something of me, I might comply if I expect dissembling to enable me to prosecute my life thereafter. That is the reality of power. However, I will make that decision, and might just not comply either. There are things worse than death, and I've been through some. That was educational, and I might do things differently should similar circumstances eventuate, but those events are beside the point, which being: I am an autochthon and decide at my sole option my course. The world is what it is, and I must react as well as be proactive to plan to avoid such traps. I would that I were better at it, but recognize that I am as fallible as anyone, and don't expect to outsmart hordes of highly paid experts.

YO! I would like to ask we(SHEEPLE) formerly STOP using terms like " white privilege" as we have ALL now been witness to this mockery of justice. Had indeed the roles been diff, in regards to race (especially this day in age), 16 counts of Felonious acts would HAVE NOT been dismissed but used as a soapbox against TRUMP.

I note that race had nothing to do with his political clout, except that it was part of why he had that clout. It is the politicization of law enforcement that is the actual issue here, and racism was the actual attack vector being used to harm society. Nonetheless, I completely agree with you that the concept of white privilege is essentially hallucinatory, facile, and in reality nothing more than psychological race warfare.

I AM a firm believer in HONESTY, INTEGRITY and of course RESPECT. The only time we cannot talk or disagree is when we have given up those moral traits. If I don't like or agree with something, I don't feel it as right to attack or shoot down another. I try and offer EVERYONE a chance to share their view with me.
