The Marshall Project is worthy of our full attention and support. They investigate the worst barbarity that plagues our free people: institutional slavery in America's prisons. No people in the history of the world have ever been enslaved at a higher rate by their own government than Americans, in the 'land of the free'. More than two million Americans suffer total subjection to vile thugs, trapped in cages and treated worse than animals.
It is a testament to the nobility of the human spirit than any so reviled and degraded can recover such grace and purpose to survive and go on to become a blessing to their communities and families, yet most do so upon their release. No mere animal could do this, as any who have sought to rescue those poor things similarly mistreated by cruel masters. Starve, beat, and abuse a dog for years, and it will never become a good family pet, no matter how well you treat it afterwards. It may not bite you, but it cannot ever trust you completely.
Many people know that CPS can be a vector for predators who seek children whose families aren't competent to keep them safe from corrupt government. Few know that at least 5000 children were taken by CPS from their families without even a claim of harm between 2006 and 2016 in America.
Families that are unable to provide care when a parent is sent to prison often suffer their children turned over to foster care, where they are up to seven times more likely to be abused than if they were with their families. Thanks to the 1997 law championed by Clinton, after fifteen months in foster care the children are able to be permanently wrested from their parents, whose parental rights are terminated permanently.
Those parents have no ability to attend hearings, speak to their children, or do anything but try to survive until their release. I am confident that there are cases where parents aren't even told their children are being taken from them forever until after they get out. It is too easy for paperwork to slip into the circular file, or be misaddressed somehow, rather than be correctly and properly delivered to abject slaves in cages.

Because they're helpless, prevented from acting, or even learning what is being done to their children while they are caged. The Marshall Project report is designed to gently educate people who have no idea of the venality of the corrupt government preying on us. My words aren't couched.
I am not trying to convince anyone that being subject to the whim of overlords is evil. I seek to persuade people that are unwilling to face that monster that it is already roused and seeking their life and treasure. There is no 'under the radar' place to hide anymore. The panopticon sees you. It recognizes your face, tracks your movements, and holds your money.
9/11 was the excuse perpetrated in order to effect a police state in the land of the free. Under Bush the USG claimed it had the lawful authority to 'crush the testicles of a child to interrogate the parent(s).' While we may hope this never happened, there is no reason to suspect it did not. Seymour Hersh, who broke the Abu Ghraib torture story, did not reveal the most horrible events he had proof of. He said 'The worst thing was the screams of the children being raped while their parents were being interrogated.'
Obama's presidency topped even this desecration of all that America stands for. The USG deliberately targeted and murdered an American child, a natural born citizen, without even any charge of any kind. He was bereft, because his father had been similarly assassinated, and was seeking him in Yemen, to find out what had happened to him.
You may think 'prisoners have forfeited their rights, and what is done to them cannot be done to me, because I have not committed a crime.'
The USG claims the lawful authority to murder natural born US citizens, even children, without any legal order, absent any court hearing, or even a charge of wrongdoing whatsoever, and has done exactly this without consequence. Consider also that over 90% of convictions of crimes in the USA come about as a result of plea bargain, rather than trial by jury. ~25% of those convicted are proved innocent of the charge, but agree to plead because the extortion methods used by prosecutors make accepting the false guilt less harmful than suffering whatever other horror the juggernaut of state can dredge up.
Often parents believe they are protecting their children from being taken from their care, or another loved one may be at risk, or some treasure or property.
American citizens are held by the USG to have no rights whatsoever regardless of the rhetoric mouthed by parasitic liars seeking public office, scribbled on paper, or claimed by patriots. Innocent American Citizen children are tortured, raped, and murdered without any lawful process or authority.
What rights do Americans have when this is done to them without legal consequence?
What is done to the least of us is possible to the rest. Our present circumstance at law is that no person anywhere in the world has any rights according to the USG. Many hope Trump will 'drain the swamp' and restore some semblance of law to our nation. Trump nominated and installed 'Bloody Gina' Haspel as Director of the CIA last year.
Gina Haspel ran a CIA 'black site' in Thailand after 9/11 notorious for executing torture so severe that victims had eyes torn from their sockets, and had to have limbs amputated because they were so severely damaged by abuse. These 'inTerrorGations' were filmed. When Congress sought these films to do their duty to oversee the execution of government, she deleted them.
Making 'Bloody Gina' Haspel Director of the CIA is not a secret code. It is not a symbol of freedom. It is the fact that the prosecution of torture was no mistake, and under Trump the worst torturer is now in charge of the dungeon.
The government that claims all power and authority to do as it will without legality will not turn around and save you from itself.
You, your friends and neighbors, and communities and organizations dedicated to fighting corruption, are your only hope. Act, help those in need, and support those doing the same, or there will be no help for your and yours when the ravenous maw of the beast seeks your life and treasure.
There is no greater treasure than the good people you share life with. Build there the strength we will need to defeat the enemy of humanity, and become the people that thrive after our victory to create the golden age of freedom and prosperity that is coming. The test is coming to you, and only when you meet the challenge will you gain the reward.
If you are not ready, willing, and able, if you are not prepared and armed with a community of free people that have your back, you are unlikely to pass the test that is coming.

Destruction of the family unit is the surest path to social disintegration. Voluntary destruction of the family unit by the modern West (via legalized kidnapping, state sanctioned killing of children, subsidies for dysfunctional single parent units, encouragement of unproductive homosexual unions, and divorce on demand) can only be categorized as sociocultural suicide. All empires live their allotted time and die, but the West seems to be in haste to meet its death.
When you rebuild your society, after the mercantile gnomes, populist whores, and ideologic drones burn your heritage to oblivion, be sure to create your society on cultural exclusivity, clearly defined and defended moral principles, strict censorship of subversive and harmful social ideology, and unifying religion. Your libertarian utopia will only require patient waiting to be fulfilled, as most of the Marxist drones are infertile. One generation, and their lot will die away; but be sure to liquidate three generations and three relations, when you attain power, to prevent another struggle against their grandchildren.
While your grasp of history and power is both extensive and cynical, I note your acceptance that the panoptic totalitarian empire seeking to rule the world is going to destroy itself, perhaps driven by a suicidal hatred of free and happy communities.

The moment we are born is the moment we begin dying. So too with all of man's creation. A failed Austrian painter envisioned an empire that only lasted for 0.1% of the time he imagined it would live. The Marxist international revolution has been dying for the past 50 years, and will be forgotten once the West collapses. The CCP will eventually exhaust all its resources and implode. There are limits even for absolute totalitarian autarchy.
Worldwide totalitarian conspiracy makes for intriguing novels, but the reality is composed of mortal, fallible, petty men. Grand vision of the heavens shatter when confronted with petty ambitions and degenerate vices of men. Fragmentation of modern centralized authority need not require violent revolution. Those with the patience to wait the eventual implosion, while mastering self-discipline and organizing regional communities will inherit the broken world. The meek shall inherit the earth because the strong will kill each other and ultimately devour themselves.
