Do You Ever Refuse Giveaways On dpoll?
In my last @steemmonsters Rare Cards Giveaway the winner refused the cards. Today I saw this poll where one has refused chance to win 1 SBI share. Have you done this? If you can, please explain your reasoning.

The issuer wanted to delegate a card, but i did not need it.

Once I voted for "I want...", and I only/just wrote "to say thank you" or something like that after winning something. Maybe a Steem Basic Income (or Smartvote) share.
So I (intentionally) don't immediately voted again for "I want this/that", but I only/just wrote a simple thank you message.
So, I intentionally refused the chance to win again in that giveaway.
But I have not refused (and will not refuse), if I win something.
I also don't know why a winner would refuse a card, so I am also interested in his/her reasoning.
