Do You Go Around Voting For More Insightful Comments on dpoll?

When I see a descriptive comment on my dpoll posts, I give them a vote as a sign of appreciation for taking some extra time to elaborate on their answers. I mostly keep this to my own polls as it is easier to see the comments I receive. I don't actively seek other Steemian's polls to find good comments.

Why?
Simply because it is pointless/worthless.
Not only dPoll comments, but almost any comment on the Steem blockchain.
My upvote is worth less than $0.01, and the payout threshold on the Steem blockchain is $0.02, so upvoting comments is a waste of voting power for me, except if the comment already has a pending payout of at least $0.02.
Anything less than $0.02 will not be paid out, so you would get nothing by my upvote, if your comment has a pending payout of less than $0.02.
If there would be no payout threshold, then I would vote on useful, helpful, detailed comments, where the work and effort is visible. This includes funny comments. Even short ones.

Luckily I have a lot of STEEM-Engine Tokens. It makes my vote a lot more valuable than the negligible STEEM vote I have.

I have no idea how to do this plus voting on comments I never do. At times I use comment on but I have no idea if it works for dpoll users.

My vote on comments is too small to guarantee a payout therefore I see it as useless. I think it is better to give an upvote on a post.
