No, it is a 1:1 representative of HBD savings but transferable with zero unlock time between transfers earning 15% APR

Same APR as Hive, 15%. The APR comes from hbd savings on Hive L1. However, unlike HBD savings, hbd staked on VSC is transferable and available for EVM wallets and Hive accounts alike.
