Do you know how I can get my steem?
I need help.
I have a huge problem with laying hands on Steem.
At first, I used blocktrades.us but this is no longer possible.
I used Bitvavo which worked well for some time but since the past weeks/months there are always problems.
The last transfer I made didn't arrive in my wallet and by now I am 3 days further.
I wrote them and will keep sending e-mails but I do not receive any respond.
At first they sent an e-mail if the transaction arrived, answered e-mails within a few minutes and now it is silent. I really have a bad feeling about them. No explanation, no warnings, nothing.
I tried several brokers but if I can sign up at all I have no idea how to do it.
With it I mean: How can I get my Steem?
If it comes to Bitvavo I used my wallet and transferred the amount to Bitvavo. My wallet address I filled out at the memo.
Does this work the same for other brokers?
My main problem with brokers is they do not work where I live and I can not pass the verification with my ID or drivers license and a photo of my face. Apparently my face is not recognized. Are there any other options? Is there something really user friendly at all?
I do not want to use steem-engine. It doesn't work for me plus I noticed certain tokens disappeared.
I noticed Huobi Global has Steem and Hive, I assume I can change Steem for Hive this way too?
Do you know an easy way how I can get my Steem?
Please, explain this step by step. I want to do this myself not use anyone else for it.

Hello @wakeupkitty.pal. It is very easy to take your steem by converting them to hive at the steem-engine. Send your steem at the steem engine then change them to hivep at the market and simply withdraw them to your hive username. In 5 minutes maximum your funds will be in your hive wallet. :)

Login on steem engine. And click deposit which is at the right corner on the top of the page. Choose how many steem you want to deposit. Follow the instruction and within seconds your steem will be deposited. It is very easy

Today I heard that Huobi does not require documents - try it - I use this exchange. The second option: find a trustee who has access to the exchange and he will change coins for you 👍
I signed up to Huobi but I still do not know which steps to take. How I get my Steem over there. People do not seem into sharing this info. ☹

I have no idea.
Neither do I. I only know something is seriously wrong with Bitvavo and no one know how to or they let someone else do the changes/transfers. It surprises me people give that out of hands. It means the chance of mass adoption will be nihil.

I used Steem-Engine to sell it for Hive or DEC. Then again, I have a Splinterlands account.

I hope by now you have figured it yourself, but in case you haven't ... open your hive-enging and click on the DEPOSIT button. It will show you a list where you can choose what coin you want to deposit. You choose STEEM and click OK.
Now you will get an adress and a memo. Now you can send your steem with the memo to the adress you got. In no time you will have the (swap steem) in your hive-engine.
Now you can sell your steem for hive.
As soon as sold your steem and have the hive. You can click the WITHDRAW button and withdraw the hive to your hive account by filling in what's needed to get it there.
Very easy and works like a charm.
