XRP and ADA were mentioned as potential coins for Crypto Reserve Funds. Any crypto user or developer with sufficient knowledge and experience may know that these two coins do not have a good performance or reliability record. Their growth is based on speculation.

Based on recent news, altcoins are managed separately under the name 'A Digital Asset Stockpile.' The U.S. government will not actively pursue altcoins but will manage major coins. However, the U.S. will establish a Crypto Strategic Reserve primarily for Bitcoin, starting with the coins the U.S. government currently holds.
