Good morning, @katerinaramm
This job offer sounds more like a contract signed with the “devil.” There isn’t even a proper description of the duties you’re supposedly required to perform, not to mention that they only want to pay what’s fair as a bonus—and only at the end of the year.
I’ve seen many cases of friends of mine who signed similar contracts. In other words, they were exempt from reporting the year-end bonus they received on their tax returns. And some of them even received extra money through a meal allowance, which was deposited onto a different card than the one used for their monthly salary.
All these schemes (yes, I’m using the word “scheme,” because that’s exactly what they are) are designed solely to ensure that the actual salary isn’t taxed by the government, and that if anything happens that causes us to stop working (such as illness or even being laid off), the amount to be calculated is only the “fixed” monthly amount—which is, therefore, far less than what we actually need.
That is exactly right my friend.
I forgot to mention in my post that one part of the 'so called salary' was a card from a supermarket.
I accepted without specific job description because we had cooperated in the past, so they knew what I could do and I was helping them launch something new, so I thought that being part of it would be cool!
Now that I think about it, I should have accepted, but only if I would receive a small percentage of the profits, because they went up also because of the work I put in myself.
Anyways, we have a say for people who take advantage of other people for the sake of money.
It sounds kind of bad, but they use it sometimes especially for government injustice "may they eat it on pills"
Thanks so much again for your comment.
We grow and learn things in the way.
