Maybe dip you finger in with an actioned off storage space?
Without a retail space it would be hard to deal with all the crap, if you wanted to do it often.
But, as a one off, I think it might be fun.
Good way to gamble 20 bucks, if you can get one that cheap.
You should buy my house, it's not that old but it is filled with junk.
But then, you might end up buying a house with a bunch of worthless things in it... Lol.

This was at Mike's store in Iowa. Frank's bar/store is across the river in Illinois. Both are fun to visit. There was a TV crew setting up to begin filming when I was there.
