Today I want to write about traditional cuisine, in every country, each people has its own traditional cuisine and I am sure that each of the people is proud of their cuisine and some dish, it is cooked with pleasure and the whole family sits at the table to have lunch or dinner :)
And so the conversation will focus on the traditional Ukrainian borsch, we all love it and every hostess prepares with pleasure and love and every housewife has her own recipe .... Borscht is not only a traditional dish, but also a very useful and nutritious dish. a lot of vitamins and nutrients, fats and minerals.

Ingredients:
- chicken meat - 700 grams;
- potatoes - 300 grams;
- cabbage - 300 grams;
- filling for borscht - 1 piece (beets, carrots, tomato, spices, salt);
- garlic (to taste);
- greens bunch (dill, parsley, green onions, to taste);
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- salt, black pepper, bay leaf (to taste).

How to cook:
1.In a pan pour 4 liters of water set on the fire, when the water
boils, we send there chicken and bay leaf, 3-4 pieces, cook until ready ...
2.Cartofel clean, the regime on cubes;
- Cut the cabbage thinly;
- the mode is finely our greens;
5.clean the garlic and finely regimen; - Boil the eggs, clean and regimen finely.


When the meat is cooked, we take it from the pan to the plate to cool, in our broth we put the potatoes cook for about 10 minutes and then add the cabbage, cook for about 10 minutes ..., the meat is separated from the bones and put into a saucepan, add eggs, dressing for borscht, solim.perchim to taste, cook for 5 minutes and add greens. Let's cook for 5 more minutes. Borsch is ready.
