余干椒炒肠，一个字就是辣！辣的过瘾… 辣的爽！吃上一口，瞬间感受到辣味在舌尖跳舞，久久不能散去！🤤🤤🤤

这个肠是鸡肠哈～ 鸡肠我也没焯水，直接用了一点盐和白醋揉搓洗，杀菌，好干净的～ 洗完之后白白净净的呵

余干椒比一般青椒偏辣，它是咱们江西余干县的特产，味美鲜辣，价位要稍微偏贵一些，但是超好吃，皮薄籽少～

据说它的保健价值也很充足，有助于清洁肠道，保持血管的通畅，呵护血管，而且保护心血管健康～ 还有助于淡化色斑和黑色素，有助于减少一些疾病的发生，具有促进消化，加快脂肪代谢等功效呢
