another subject that should have been devoted to a whole record, but I doubt it will happen. Well, there are now seven species in the Western world a trend of avoiding vaccination. Because there are risks (even if negligible), there are anxieties, and those who oppose it doubt whether it should, because the diseases almost disappeared (thanks to vaccinations, but it is convenient not to remember). The measles vaccine is particularly resistant, after a study claimed there was a link between the vaccine and autism. The fact that there have been many studies that disproved this 'rumor' is not enough for those who want conspiracy theories. And because of the same stupid trend, there is a measles outbreak in the United States, and most of those who have not been vaccinated have been affected, a lousy disease that also struck me for quite some time during my army service.

I remember when my sister attended med school, she had quite a bit of commentary about this, and it seemed to be a major topic of study at the time, although she had a particular vested interest due to many of our family members being on the spectrum.
She later had to explain to me that:
I was fully buying into the conspiracy, and she recanted and explained what had happened.
Unfortunately, many people hear the rumors of the studies laying claim to autism, and that is the last thing they hear.
Thank you for raising awareness on important topics @yoo1900
Much love
